Medicine for Humanity Missions provide direct surgical training of local doctors and nurses offering them an exceptional educational opportunity to learn modern surgical management and procedures.

We are fortunate to be able to evaluate the impact of our work in "real time" by seeing the immediate results of successful surgeries. In addition, we experience the invaluable one-on-one interaction with local doctors and patients at bedside and during patient evaluations.
