Patricia Keeney Maischoss has 15+ years of Advisory Board, Financial Management and Talent Acquisition experience. Her client experience includes: Microsoft, Toyota, PepsiCo’s Taco Bell, Mattel, GE Capital, Disney, Nissan, AT&T, Princess Cruises, and Intel. She was Managing Partner at Lucas Group, San Francisco, one of the largest privately held Talent Acquisition firms, with over 30M in revenue, leading the retained consumer technology and marketing practice. Prior, she opened three offices for Baeder/Murphy & Assoc., Beverly Hills, during a 9 year period as Executive Recruiter for Advertising Agencies. She bridged her strategic client services expertise to be VP, Business Development at Particle Physics Research Company, Los Angeles, closing over 2M in first round funding in the clean-energy space. Currently she is an Advisor at Malibu Colony Partners, overseeing her seventh real estate development investment project. Patricia received a Bachelors of Science in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Utah, in 1994. A Los Angeles native, you’ll find her running half & full marathons, and raising three great kids in Malibu, CA, with her husband David.
